startac as modem?

how do I go about doing this?
I have the cable that connects startac to com port.
I do not have driver/program CD. Where do download this?

any info would be great.

even using truesync? how?

ow did you get the cord for that? I've been looking for it forever! Does it connect to a digital StarTac or analog star tac. I've seen a cord that connects to a modem card I think, but that's it. I would suggest that you do a search for it on yahoo or google.

i got the cable from compusa clearance table. It did not come with any software. so..
i been doing research but cannot find anywhere to download the software for it.

The method in which you use the phone as a modem depends on your service.

Sprint has this dialer you can download to install but it will only work with their phone I do belieave.

I can't seem to get to the link right now but if you are a customer of theirs you can look it up through the online accounts page.

14.4kbps is the quickest so far you can connect but its better then nothing I guess.
