I'm not 100% if this is the correct place to post this.

Either way, is there a list somewhere that can show me which processes are completely unnecessary during the Windows 7 startup? I want to try to make it as efficient as possible.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Programs that start during boot, that aren't part of the required Windows boot files, will entirely depend on what third-party programs you installed after installing Windows.

Autoruns for Windows v11.31 is available from Microsoft TechNet, will show you exactly what third-party programs start at boot, and it's freeware. You have to make the decisions about what to disable.
