Hi, I just bought a ?Chaintech 7NJS Zenith Series? motherboard

Motherboard link

I put everything together but I have a big problem, when I power it on all the fans start up for 3 seconds then everything shuts off and the power button light just blinks. There is nothing you can do except pull power cord. On start up I get no signal from the monitor or no sound at all.

The motherboard came with "DigiDoc" and has a two digit display that is in the front of the case. During the 3 second start up, "DigiDoc" shows a number, that number is in the manul that tells what is wrong, it says that there are memory problems.

Would this be correct? or is there something else wrong? Do you need the right memory to have anything show on the screen and to have it run for more then 3 seconds?
This is top of the line motherboard (NForce2) wouldn't it at least show some sort of start up screen?

The weird thing about it is that my motherboard should be able to use the memory.
My memory is: Kingston KVR333X64C25/256 (256MB 333MHz DDR PC2700 DIMM CL2.5

If you know anything about this please reply, Thanks

Doesn't the Nforce2 chipset need memory installed in pairs?
