Start up Problem

I hope someone can help. A friend recently visited a playboy site of sorts and now has xxx live show pop up when booting the pc. Nothing I can do for her will make this thing go away. I used norton, deleted all related files in explorer, even took AOL out of the startup thru msconfig. I'm sure this thing is hiding somewhere in startup, but nothing appears to be there. Her family is very upset at this. Any ideas? The OS is ME. The PC seems to work fine in all areas except this. Even when logging on to the web there's no pop up after Xing out in desktop. HELP>..............
 
Download the free Startman, or look at the info on that linked page. The program will show you every program that starts when you boot and allow you to disable it/them.
