Like in W98se I could stop certain apps from starting at bootup by turning them off in sys. utility (ms congig). How can this be accomplished in W2K pro. Thanks
 
What programs do you want to keep from starting Win2k Pro startup? Are you referring to Win2k Pro services?

Typical Windows softare puts the link in "Startup," or it is in the registry under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
