start menu taking 5 minutes to load

I don't understand what the problem is here, when I start my computer the start menu just sits there and loads for 5 minutes then it finally just pops up and starts working. Everything else works, hell I can even sit there and play a game or something while I'm waiting for it.

Has anyone ever ran into any problems like this? It seems to be stopping right when my Wireless tries to load up
