Start Menu Programs group shows C drive!!! - Please help

I have workstations running Windows 98SE and the Programs group shows the root of the C drive instead of C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs. Anyone know what is going on?

What's the value of the following in the Registry???
HKCU\Sofware\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

With you being in Win98 you may not have that exact entry. I don't have a copy handy I can reference. So if you need to search on Sofware\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders. This entry should point to your start menu.
