Start menu items hide themselves at first....

Hi there!

I have this irritating thing going on with my start menu in
WinXP. Even though it itself and some of the folders in
it only contain a few items I constantly have to click
the "- more - "-button to see them.

Now this may be a very small problem but I'm really
starting to irritate myself on it. So if anyone has any
solutions - please speak up!

It's called an "adaptive interface."

Right-click on the Start button and go to Properties. Under Customize, you should be able to uncheck "Use Personalized Menus".

That was simple enough... thanks!

I poked around in there but never thought that the text
"Use Personalized Menus" referred to that "feature"....

Anyway - problem solved! Thanks again!
