Claudia Black will return as a full time cast member for Season 10. I think this is great. With Anderson rarely appearing, I think the interaction between Daniel and Vala is the closest thing to make up for this. I definitely enjoyed Black as Vala in season 9.

Ugh....Vala is coming back? It will be intersting to see how the writers bring her back but I thought she was more of an annoyance in the series.
