i'd say the asgard are more advanced but they are in a weakened state from the replicator war. the ancients were even more advanced than the asgard and even they couldn't defeat the wraith.

the nox well... not sure about their capabilities. probably just as advanced as the ancients but they seem very passive. they probably won't do anything except vanish from the wraith.
