Starfleet Command Volume II 2.005 Patch Available

It's finally here (the patch that makes the game playable and delivers all promised features). http://meta2.interpaly.com/sfc2uspatcher2004-2005-2-6-01.exe.

I reinstalled everything, added the patch and within a half-hour of playing I'd found 3 bugs, 1 serious, 2 less-so. Taldren. Interplay. Names that'll live in infamy. 🙁

Actually on my system things are worse with the new patch. This is a fine product isn't it?

I can't wait to see what "improvements" that one has. Also, I'm a little pissed off that I paid more retail than it sells for at the interplay website, plus the ones purchased there get some added mission pack, and the original starfleet command for free. Maybe they have the bugs out of that one?!

The first one took about 6 months to fully debug as well. But, yes, now would be a good time to buy it since it's all patched up. Usually I wait until the first patch before buying a game. With Taldren, it seems you need to wait for the 4th or 5th patch.
