GalCiv III - $25
Sins Rebellion- $10
Ashes - $40 (Currently Early Access)
Sorcerer King - $20

If you were a fan of SupCom 1, I'd strongly recommend checking out Ashes of the Singularity. If you don't have Sins, it's an RTS classic at this point and $10 is a solid price.

Sorcerer King is the most fun I have had PC gaming in awhile. I feel like it is worth the $20.

I would pick up GalCiv III but honestly it looks a little bit intimidating.

Elemental was a pretty big, drawn out let down. Demigod was along the same lines of that.

No argument, that's why I was curious if that was the reason. It took far too long but they made a decent effort to make it right. I enjoyed Sins and GalCivIII quite a bit. Can't wait for more factions to be added into Ashes.

Ashes is like the sequel to Elemental?

There games are usually solid, but every house has some bad titles. It's true they tried to fix them, but I never went back to either game I mentioned to see how they panned out.

No, it's a brand new game. Sorcerer King is the latest game in the Elemental branch, although it plays somewhat differently. I guess Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes is the last true Elemental game. It is actually pretty good, as is Sorcerer King.

I ended up buying GalCiv 3. Well worth the $25 so far.

Ashes is like Supreme Commander 1 only with zone control like Dawn of War/Company of Heroes. It's still early, only one faction in play, but I'm definitely enjoying it.

It's ridiculous that they never fixed the dumb desync bug in Sins.

It's been quite a while since I've played, but I don't recall running into desync's with Rebellion and I've played my share of 8-10 hour multiplayer games.
