Against SC's AI it is.

The best was in Warcraft II, you could build walls around your base and the AI couldn't get to you because it wasn't programmed to atttack walls.. lolololzzz

I made my own custom map which had defences that rebuilt themselves, and through clever use of triggers, my defence was impenitrible. 1 civilian on 1 beacon would kill anything to cross a ceratin line, invincible unit or not

UMS (Use map settings, aka custom maps) have kept SC alive IMO. Theyre amazing, and its fun to backstab in them :evil:

I thought they only sold it in the battlechest for 20 bucks but i didnt want to buy that because i already owned brood war and just lost my original copy a few months ago, but my ebgames had the original SC for $11 so i bought it. Good deal if you ask me for one of the greatest games ever.

STill play it often. Its fun to beat those cheaters and rub it in them my experience is about 75% of the games I play has cheaters. (2v2 or 3v3..) but still we win most 80%+ of the games since we played together alot.

There are few crazy cheats, I've seen rock hack(?) for zerg where they get crazy amount of money and build speed..

still very very fun.

Used to, but the single player sucks and online has been surpassed by Warcraft III. The music still kicks ass, however.
