StarCraft Universe tells a story set in an alternate reality, where the ending of StarCraft II:Wings of Liberty has a grim conclusion for Kerrigan. Without the Queen of Blades to stop the hybrid’s assault, the protoss are overwhelmed and defeated. In this reality, what would the survivors of these shattered worlds do? StarCraft Universe tells this story.

StarCraft Universe (SCU) is a game mod (Note: it is not a standalone game) for StarCraft II. Originally named World of StarCraft, SCU focuses on telling an epic story, intense combat action, and space exploration. StarCraft Universe is played though the StarCraft II Arcade on Battle.net.

I've only had a chance to play it for a bit but seems well made
 
That looks cool as hell. I might have to dust off my old SC2 disk....

wait..is this basically an MMO? Ehh...but..I am tempted.
 
These guys have been working on this for a long time, am happy to see that it's finally near release. Will be definitely be playing it.

On a similar note, there was also another custom campaign, Lifeforce I think, released (atleast some levels) a week or so back.

Edit: Some of the people working on SCU also worked on Antioch Chronicles custom campaign for StarCraft, if anyone remembers those 🙂

Tfw won't let me log on my net account because I can't reach the code in My email since I have no phone service. I have sc2 and hots on this account. H

Contact support. I once lost access to my account because my I factory reset my phone and lost my authenticator. This was a few years ago, but it was pretty easy to get them to reset it. I think I had to email them a scan of photo ID, and that was it.
 
Yea, I got locked out of my account too a few years ago. Blizzard is really picky. They accused my of trying to sell my account, when all that happened is I did not play for a while. I still havent figured out why they accused me, except that I played on a laptop in a different location a few times.

TBH, I dont remember what I finally did to re-activate the account. Think I finally had to call them.

Yep same. I sent them a photo of my Driver's licence taken with the laptop webcam 🙂, they accepted it and reset the authhenticator.

Doesn't this mean that you can use the free version of StarCraft II to play it? If I remember correctly, the free version has complete access to the Arcade.
