starcraft custom settings?

How can I make the Marine's armer and weapon more powerful in a game of melee. For example if I want to change the weapon damage from 6 to 12 how do I do that?

Game type has to be UMS for them to take effect though.

I always laughed when I saw games like "2v2 fair fight" in the UMS tab...
