this is easily the gaming event of the ... centry? been waiting a long long time for this sequel. it's about time blizzard!

Well, we're only 10 years into the century, but yeah sure.
In fact, I am pretty darn sure this is by far the most anticipated game in history.
If we are lucky it may revitalize PC gaming as we know it. The consoles are getting heat right now for pumping out expensive, uninspired games these past few years.

Question for those of you that have done a midnight launch before. Do any of the stores sell the game before midnight? I figured a Walmart employee might not care and sell it an hour or two earlier. I really don't feel like being out till midnight.

Walmart has a sophisticated inventory system telling their central database the second any item is sold. Its the key to them being the most successful business in the world.
I would not be surprised if Starcraft 2 is red-flagged.

Gotta be a Prime member and you can get free release-day shipping . But, I think Amazon has a warehouse pretty close to NY, so you should get it quickly. Mine is shipping from Kentucky and that's Amazon's second closest warehouse to me (closest being in Tennessee).

The digital download is allowing me to install right now. Wonder if I can purchase soon (I am aware they said you couldn't activate until 10AM Pacific time tomorrow)?

walmart gave me bad company 2 at 10pm mountain time because it was midnight eastern.

I'm surprised to see so many of you going out for the midnight launch. What do you all take off of work tomorrow? Maybe I'm just getting old but I have not picked up a game at midnight for some time now. Anyhow I have a Dr. Apt tomorrow and am still up?

If I sign up for Battlenet right now and buy the game online how long do you think before I am up and running? I see someone mentioned something about 10am? Help me out here
