I used to have 2 Samsung 1TB F1 drives, and everything worked normal. After upgrading to a 100GB OCZ Vertex LE for system drive, and 120GB OCZ Vertex 2 for my games, I started experiencing problems with SC2. (I only tried SC2 and Borderlands so far, with Borderlands running fine).
The game launches faster than it does from my 1TB HDD install, but when I join a game or load a single player campaign, the load bar reaches certain point, and then the sound starts looping which is typical of game crashes, and the bar sits in that place for a long time. Eventually the game does finish loading, and then proceeds without any problems. However, once the match is over, and I go to join another game, the same problem happens with the load bar pausing and sound looping. However, if I restart my computer and boot up from the 1TB drive, and run the game from that setup (game is installed on 2nd 1TB drive), everything runs normal.
Any ideas as to what is going on?
Thanks,
