I've been experiencing strange performance issues with SC2 after I did an OC to my CPU. When there's many units on the screen, the system seems to hang for a bit, or stutters for anywhere from 5 - 60 seconds until the game becomes responsive again.
The OC on my 920 C0 is from stock to 3.38 GHZ on an Asus P6T Deluxe (first version).
BIOS settings are:
vCore: 1.25
BCLK: 169
RAM @ 1335 using XMP profile 2.
CPU multiplier: 20
There another setting I changed - can't remember the heading right now, but I remember it was changed to 800mV or whatever the units are. I got this from a guide.
The thing is that when I ran the game at stock, I didn't get this problem at all. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the RAM rather than the CPU speed?
