Starcraft 2 Patch 1.2 - Drop in performance?

I tried searching but this is a recent patch and there are so many SC2 threads...

Has anyone experienced a drop in performance for patch 1.2?

I seem to have, mid to late game it starts to stutter a whole lot. I don't think it's graphics based as only Starcraft 2 seems slower.

I think some netcode changes have been made to Battle.net which are slowing things down.

Anyone else?

It reminds me of CC - Generals syndrome. Where the game would go as slow as the slowest client. Making it almost unplayable.
