Edit - Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Italian "v" is very similar if not indistinguishable from the Italian "b." It should be pronounced softer than the English "v."

Since spanish is a widely used language around here we use Vente (vent-ey) (spanish for 20) which it just happens to be 20oz drink.
