I bought the carafe and the mugs (separately) when this deal was first posted a few weeks ago. I'm happy with the set and they price couldn't be better.

FYI, I was reading over on FW that the carafe should NOT be put in the dishwasher despite the fact that the item description says you can. It seems that there is a little piece of paper in the carafe that say not to put it in the dishwasher. Someone over on FW did put his/hers through the dishwasher and now it leaks.
 
FYI, I ordered the Carafe with the first thread a few weeks back and used the free shipping code. When I got it the receipt in the box said they charged me shipping. I emailed them though and they did refund it, so make sure you just check your receipts and/or CC bills.

They are nice, but not spill-proof at all. The opening at the top will spill freely if tipped and the lid might seperate if dropped. It's held on by friction only.
Still very nice to look at and hold. I find it dribbles slightly when you take your mouth away after a sip. As in a drop slides down the outside of the mug.
