wtf did I just watch.

Back before Barney and Friends, the Teletubbies, and 9263498728537205 channels of cartoons 24/7, you used to have to wait until Saturday morning to get your fix of Looney tunes, and Hannah Barbara classics. Interspersed among the 4 or so hours of children's programming, were various PSA type shorts. There was Dear Alex and Annie, Time for Timer, and everyone's favorite, Schoolhouse Rock.

LOL- I forgot about Dear Alex and Anne :D

Remember the Saturday morning previews at the beginning of the cartoon season?

Schoolhouse Rock.. ah.. memories...

Did anyone even like them?

All I remember is the bill one and with how many times they showed it I was glad to get off the chair to switch the channel before we had a remote.

That was AWESOME!!!

We went out and bought the Schoolhouse Rock DVDs (now on the HTPC...) because we homeschool our daughter. Hey, if it was good enough for me...

Are you kidding? They released a DVD collection of them a few years back and it was the #1 in DVD sales that month :D

I'm bumping this for the sole reason of that damn song has been stuck in my head all week.
