I just got the first one a couple weeks ago and played it through. It was fun. How does the second one compare?

Yes, my wife, who swore in her wrath she'd never allow a gaming system in her home, has now bought a Nintendo Gamecube (better little kid games) specifically for the purpose of this game. She absolutely loves it. We've been playing for an hour or two everyday now. She's freakin horrible at jumping, but it's still a ton of fun.

I got it for my 360. It was late (early) in the morning when I finally popped it in and probably wasn't thinking clearly, but I just ran around shooting things until they blew up into little lego pieces.

Maybe I'll actually play when I get home.

I've been playing it and it's great, but I still hate the crappy controls as much as I did in the first one. Might pick up the Xbox version instead, it has to be easier on a joypad.

Yeah, the PC version stinks. XBox and Gamecube versions are the best.

Our kids have usb joypads on the pc version. It just takes a minute to set our buttons and go. The oldest prefers the keyboard and mouse, and a little one can pick up the joypad to jump-in and play at any time. "You hold this lever down while I get the other one" Great fun.
