star wars homage to logan's run?

just saw ep3, pretty damn good movie... did anyone else think that the opera scene seemed to be taken from the redemption scenes of logan's run? just a thought.... things rising, people clapping, etc.

Did you see the preview with Scarlett Johannsen? THAT reminded me of Logan's Run. The opera scene in ep3 reminded me of Cirque de Soleil, actually
