Master_of_Tumbleweeds writes "Like the previous Prequels' arrivals on DVD, Revenge of the Sith will have several deleted scenes included when it's released next month. We now have a sneak peak (thanks to various online spies like the infamous Darth Psychotic) at a couple of these sequences, one that depicts General Grievous actually dispatching a Jedi Knight (something we didn't even see in the theatrical release) and Yoda's arrival at the swamp planet of Dagobah. Episode III comes out on DVD November 1st"

"(something we didn't even see in the theatrical release)"
isn't that what a deleted scene is?

It was implying that we didn't see him kill a jedi in *any* scene

Yep, which was a problem with ROTS. If you didn't watch the animated Clone Wars, you'd come away with the impression that Greivous was coughing pansy coward.

I was disappointed two see two of the deleted scenes I had been looking forward to didnt make the cut. The first was Qui Gonn communicating with Yoda, and the second was Obi Wan talking with Padme about his concern for Anakin.

The DVD is only a month away!

who the hell is Shaak Ti? and why is she important?

and what happnened on cartoon network's version?

Granted it's been a while since I've watched the Clone Wars saga, but how is Shaak Ti inconsistent with it?

They say that the Qui-Gon/Yoda scene wasn't even recorded. Anyway that and Yoda on Dagobah should have been in the film.

Shaak Ti actually had two deaths in the film. The one thats on the DVD and one where Anakin/Vader killed her during the Jedi Temple raid. Neither were used, although the Jedi Temple one made it into the Lego Star Wars game.

The first scene couldn't be put back in because she later appears on a communication although they show her from behind and she has no lines.

Clones Wars Vol 2 and the Original Trilogy come out Dec. 2nd. I can't wait for the Clone Wars DVD that was a great series. The new Original Trilogy set is just a re-release of the 2004 set minus the bonus disc I think, although it would be nice if its actually not the Special Editions. That want happen though.
