I have heard through other websights, mainly the force.net, and from other people as well, that James Earl Jones has signed on to do between 5 to eight minutes of
Vader dialogue. If true, this could alter the the ending many people are assuming, the film ending with Vaders Helmet coming down. From movie experiece, 5 to 8
minutes of dialogue is a significant chunk of any film. We shall see!
Yes About 2 years ago James Earl Jones recorded the dialog for the film, just incase he died or something else happened.
I don?t think the movie will end with Vader?s helmet coming down on his head. George Lucas has stated that Hayden Christensen plays Anakin for most of the movie,
and Darth Vader has a small part at the ending of the movie.

I heard that the title will be, Fall of The Jedi, or Fall of The Republic. I think it will be Fall of The Jedi.
The title of the next film is only known to George Lucas at this point. All the rest of the titles are just fans speculation. Don?t Believe any of them.
If you check on the main Episode III page of this website, I always have a joke title for the movie. Episode III

Apparently, while the cast was shooting Episode II in Tunisia, George Lucas shot one scene for Epsiode III. This is actually proven on the official site in Part 3 of the Making Epsiode II documentary.
At the end of Episode 3, The most likely scene will be on Tatooine when Obi-wan brings young Luke to live with Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru.

Starlog Magazine (issue #300) interviews George Lucas. Here's a few interesting highlights from the article relating to Episode III:
Lucas on Qui-Gon Jinn?s voice in Episode II:
STARLOG: And isn?t that Qui-Gon Jinn?s [Liam Neeson] voice we hear during Anakin?s attack on the Tusken Raiders who killed Shmi Skywalker [Pernilla August]?
LUCAS: That?s a fan thing, isn?t it? It?s actually more than that. It?s a plot point. All I can really say is that you?ll find out [more] in the next film. If you thought really hard, you would probably be able to figure it out, but it really is a set-up for the next film. It?s connected with the whole ability to be brought into and become a part of the Force, but still be able to retain YOUR ability ? which, up to this point, Anakin couldn?t do. We talked to Liam about [recording new dialogue], and we went back and forth [about it]. This [dialogue] is something we already had [from Menace]. Next time will be a little more complicated.
Lucas on Boba Fett:
?Boba WILL be in Episode III, but his role definitely won?t be larger. He?s in a transition period of becoming a bounty hunter. The next film takes place two or three years later, so Boba would only be 13 and still wouldn?t fit in the suit.
Lucas on killing Samuel L. Jackson?s character, Mace Windu:
?Sam?s a little concerned that I make it nice and dramatic. It won?t be in the movie?s first scene.?
Lucas on Darth Vader:
STARLOG: What of all the plot threads and character tidbits that remain to be tied up in Episode III are you ? the guy who created this whole universe ? most excited to get on film?
LUCAS: The scene where Anakin does actually become Vader is pretty good [as written in Lucas? Episode III outline]. I mean, I like it. It?s a little in the vocabulary of?I don?t know how much I want to give away?but it?s in the vocabulary of a time ? of the 1930s and 1940s. It?s a pretty neat little thing, I think, and hopefully it?s going to work.
STARLOG: Will we see more of Anakin or Darth Vader in Episode III?
LUCAS: It?s mostly Anakin.

Comment by George Lucas on Entertainment Tonight about Episode 3
He said that the Clone Wars would end at the beginning of the film, and it would then become very small and personal. Looks like the big battle will be at the beginning, like in ESB.

I read on a web site that the scene George Lucas filmed for Episode III while in Tunisia doing Attack of the Clones was the scene where Obi-Wan Kenobi gives baby Luke to Owen Lars to take care of. Obi-Wan then heads into exile in the desert right there on Tatooine. this is just a rumor, but it seems to make sense since it is the only scene needed in Episode III from that location. It is thought that Ewan Macgregor whom portrays Obi-Wan wasn't on location there since his character is never on Tatooine in Clones, but knowing Lucas's ability to keep things extremely secret, it is a possibility.

I know some secrets about Star Wars Episode III: The Rise of The Empire (yes, thats the title). Im not goin in to all the "hows" and "whys". Keep these spoilers anonymous (meaning u can take credit for them).
1. Count Dooku kills Padme and Mace Windu
2. Anakin falls into that volcano pit near the end of the movie. So you wont see "Darth Vader" in action. The final image that Lucas said that he filmed is the one where Vader's helmet comes down on the scarred head of Anakin (remember ESB?)
3. Sido Dias (the one who ordered the Clones initially) is Darth Sidious (notice the similarities between the names?) How Palpatine falls into all of this? We'll have to wait and see.
Dont believe me? Fine. Put 'em up on ur site anyways and we'll see in 2005. Why did I go into all of the trouble to giving you the secrets? You'll have to wait for that also. Just think of it as a gift. I'll need your help later.
Thanx and PLEASE, TAKE CREDIT FOR THOSE SPOILERS. YOU DONT KNOW ME!

I came across this section of the site and thought I would share a rumor I've heard going around. The rumor says that toward the end of the film, Anakin and Obi Wan will be light saber fighting over a lava pit, and at the end of the fight Anakin will fall into the lava pit. The emperor comes with guards and collects what is left of Anakin. He is in such bad shape that he must be put in a life sustaining suit (the Darth Vader suit).
At the end of the film, it will be one of those "at the same time" vignettes. In one part of this scene, Obi Wan will be shown giving baby Luke to Uncle Owen, but at the same time, Anakin will be seated in the meditation chamber seen in The Empire Strikes Back. It will show the top part of the helmet coming down on to Anikan's head. He will turn around and the mask of Vader will be the last thing seen. Then the movie will end.

Fate has a major role in the "Star Wars" saga. And, at least from outward appearances, "Episode III" appears fated to end bleakly.
The original "Star Wars" (1977) ended with a happy tableau, our heroes smiling and triumphant. "Return of the Jedi" (1983) ended even more cheerily, with Jedi specters Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda beaming at their victorious progeny from the great beyond.
"The Empire Strikes Back" and the new film, "Star Wars: Episode II -- Attack of the Clones," share ominous conclusions, but nothing calamitous.
Next up is "Episode III," a galactic train wreck in the offing. The last film in George Lucas' six-part saga of the Skywalker family inevitably ends in tragedy, the final prequel leading into the dark times of dictatorship that prevail at the opening of the original "Star Wars."
Figure that young Jedi Anakin has completed his transition to the dark side as villain Darth Vader, destroying the Jedi order and paving the way for the evil emperor to dash the democratic Republic. Jedi masters Obi-Wan and Yoda somehow wind up on the road to exile. Since she doesn't turn up in the original trilogy, Padme Amidala, Anakin's beloved, may end up a corpse.
Padme and Anakin's children, Luke and Leia -- who will appear as infants in "Episode III," Lucas says -- are separated to be raised unaware of each other's existence, the galaxy's two hopes for salvation when the original trilogy begins.

'All the bad guys win in the end'
"It's dark for 'Star Wars,' " Lucas said of the next film during an interview at his headquarters, Skywalker Ranch. "Let's face it, all the bad guys win in the end, all the good guys are dead except for a couple. So it doesn't have a happy ending. I'm not sure how people are going to take it. It does have some fun in it. It's not completely bleak. But it's not an upper."
"Episode III" begins shooting next summer and will be released in 2005.
Lucas is secretive about the details on how "Star Wars" arrives at its darkest hour. Even his principal cast -- Ewan McGregor, Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen and Samuel L. Jackson -- do not know the specifics.
What has Lucas shared with them?
"Not a lot, other than I die," said Jackson, who plays Jedi elder Mace Windu. "And my only request is I don't get shot in the back by some 'droid. Hopefully, there'll be somebody standing there in front of me that's worthy of killing me. Either Darth Vader or him and a combination of Siths" -- masters of the dark side of the Force.
Portman, who plays Padme, expects there to be some ray of hope amid the chaos and calamity of "Episode III" to set the stage for Anakin's later redemption.
"I still think George has a really optimistic line in the thread of all of them," said Portman. "I don't necessarily think he has this dark outlook for the end of things, not like some apocalyptic vision. There's always this balance of hope. ... His movies are the antithesis of cynicism."
Christensen: 'Incredibly dark and destructive'
Christensen, who joined the cast as Anakin in "Episode II," figures the final installment will end so darkly the film might have trouble getting a PG rating like its five predecessors (though shrewd businessman Lucas likely will design the film to avoid a PG-13 so pre-teens can see it without an adult chaperone).
"I think he will end almost on an apocalyptic note," Christensen said. "I just can't imagine it not being an incredibly dark and destructive film."
"You've got a war, and what we know from the previous trilogy, what my character does in wiping out the entire Jedi race, and the falling apart of my relationship with Obi-Wan."
"Episode III" will take place a few years after the action of "Attack of the Clones," Lucas said. After that, there is a 20-year gap before the events of the first "Star Wars," when young farm boy Luke meets Obi-Wan, Leia and Han Solo and is hurled into the rebellion against the Empire.
After it became a box-office phenomenon, the 1977 original was retitled "Star Wars: Episode IV -- A New Hope" to set up the two sequels and eventual three-part prequel.
In keeping with that title, Lucas said, there will be some sense of hope as the dark curtain falls on "Episode III."
The director said he already filmed one of the last images of "Episode III" during production of "Attack of the Clones."
"It's not the exact closing image, but it's one of the final images," Lucas said. Laughing, he added: "I won't say what it is."

Dave Prowse on returning to Star Wars in the Vader costume for Episode III.
The 66-year-old, who suffers from arthritis and walks with the aid of a cane, doesn't think young Hayden Christensen is up to the job of playing Vader in the final Star Wars flick. "I don't know if he can do it. He must only be 5ft 9," Prowse reasoned, remembering, "When I played him I was 6ft 7 and 20 stone," and saying that he wants director George Lucas to give him a call.
"I definitely want the part again," Prowse told The Daily Telegraph, adding, "I'm going to have an operation on my hip in September and then I'm planning to go back into the gym. I should be fit and ready by next year."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
George Lucas on whether any characters from the original trilogy will appear in EPISODE III:
"There are some, if I can fit them in" he said, "but I won't say who they are. Some key characters are scheduled to be fit in if I can actually make it work. They are not integral to the story - it's really done to say, 'Oh, look, there's so-and-so.'"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
George Lucas on the storyline:
"EPISODE III will be much darker. It's a tragedy. I'm not sure how popular it will be, but it's what the story is, and I think I have to be true to the story more than anything else."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
George Lucas on the droids memories:
"C-3PO?s memory system has been erased and so has R2's, so they don't remember anything from the first trilogy," he told E! News Daily. "I'm telling you something from Episode III, I shouldn't be telling you that but I think most of the fans already know that."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hayden Christensen on Darth Vader:
Christensen hedged at first when asked who was best at wielding a light saber. "That depends on who you ask." He finally added, "Me. I better be. I hunt all the Jedi down in the next episode."
Christensen said he also took advantage of his stay on Skywalker Ranch. "I snuck upstairs into the archives, and I tried on the (original) Darth Vader helmet. I even had a picture taken of me in my sweats wearing the helmet."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Samuel L. Jackson on dying:
Jackson knows only one thing about his character's fate. "I die in the next film. But I want to have a say in it," insists Jackson. "When I go, I don't want to get shot in the back by some bounty hunter-little Bobo twerp. When I go I, want to be facing him, and he has to be better than me."
