There is a digital Loews theater near me, but they aren't offering tickets yet in advance. Anyone know when Loews will be selling their advance tickets?

Try their site. They seperate what shows are digitally projected.

Several chains have already started to sell. It won't be long for Loews.

They have a place to sign up for notification on their site.
