Episodes 109 (Fifth Season) and 125 (Sixth Season) are both named Dark Frontier. Anybody have any explanation for this? Thanks.

I didnt know about that. The list in the website I showed is different from the one you pointed to.

this out. I dont know what that means. The possibility that one might be wrong did occur to me. However, two...???
