I have been with Staples for 4 years, I have no idea what you are talking about. Was it the DMCA thing? If someone knows anything please PM me.

Looks like it happened in 99/2000, a year or two before I got here. I am just happy that I didnt cause any problems because I *MIGHT* have posted the black friday ad way ahead of time, luckly no one cared.
 
I remember the "lady" newbie member that signed up during that period.........."I work for Staples......we're going to sue......you can't do this.........yada, yada, yada....."
