staples pricematch

how does staples pricematch policy work? i couldn't find the policy online.

OD has $119.99 - 20 MIR - 20 MIR = $79.99
Stales has $119.98

so what would staples do if i tried to pricematch the product. do they take the price after MIR's and then pricematch? Can someone please help me out.

They won't pricematch the MIR's, only the advertised price. YMMV on using coupons with a pricematch, so it might be easier to buy from Office Depot.

They only pricematch before the MIR, so no go.

Did you check their FAQ? I did and this is what I found: Staples Price Match Policy

It says coupons and rebates are deducted from the Staples price and nothing about the competitor's price so you are better off getting it at OD.
