staples tried to screw me over on a return once... i got fed up after 3 months of calling, so i threatened them with a lawsuit.. i got a call from them within a couple hours after i sent out my email

Laugh riot

Having minor difficulties myself with Staples. Cancelled a pair of orders a month after I was supposed to get "next-day delivery". Someone at the store combined the orders and charged my card. The rest of the staff swear up and down that I haven't been charged.

"So why is there a charge from your store on my credit card statement?"

Them: "I have the proof right here that you didn't get charged."
