It's taken up to 8 weeks for mine. Sometimes you need to call to make sure they're on the way too.

about the rebates, you can also track your rebates online at StaplesRebates.com. actually, if you do everything right (photocopy everything you send in, send stuff on time), they are pertty good. all of my rebates with them are processing nicely, except, of course, for the big $100 mother. they still haven't received it

Staples has been excellent about coming through with rebates. Easy to track on their website too.

In addition to the $30.00 rebate for the $29.97 Canon Photo Home Edition, there is another $10.00 rebate that comes from Canon on the box. However, this software needs to be purchased by SATURDAY NIGHT 1-13-01 for the $30.00 rebate from Staples.

Be sure to do all your rebates online and make a copy of the form you mail in with the UPC sticker and you will not have any problems with Staples.

The Cannon Family Essential only has $10 MIR, not $30. It must be a typo on the Staples site. Their description part says $10 rebate, but the title says $30. I checked Outpost.com for the same software and they states $10 mir. Thought you might want to know this before you make your purchase.

Well, after just reviewing the Staples pages involved, that is quite some typo. Two pages offer a $30 rebate in very large print.

And about software rebates from staples, make sure you send the rebate AS SOON AS you got your delivery. Because unlike other items software rebates should be send within one week!

Just bought a Delta 50X cd-rom as advertise for 39.98 with 20 Mail-in-rebate at a Staples
B&amp;M. The employee give me a rebate coupon promptly.

When I check my rebate coupon, it stated that $20 MIR on Delta 50X CD-ROM Drive (Model #OIP-CD5000 A/G) with sku #441950 is required.
However the sku on my receipt shows the barcode
of the product is 658601501008 instead.

I can neither find the model #OIP-CD5000 A/G nor the sku #441950 on the cd-rom box.
To those who bought the cd-rom, can u tell me what sku # is printed on the receipt ?
and do u guys have the barcode 658601501008 on the box ?

The sku # is the Staples # on your &quot;submitted order&quot; form when you ordered. The barcode # is the manufacturers # on UPC. Mine is the same; you got it right and if you follow the Staples site rebate page directions (preferably electronically submit) you'll get your rebate. They have payed off like a slot machine for me.

as far as Canon Office Ready Family Essentials CD with $30 mail in rebate goes, (sku# 444005) where is this mysterious staples $30 rebate? i searched all thru staples Rebate Center and only found 2 rebates for canon software... $30 for EJAY MP3 SOFTWARE (SKU# 441878) (purchased between 2001-01-11 to 2001-01-20) or Purchase must be made between January 14, 2001 and January 20, 2001. depending on which part of the rebate you read. whats with the 2 sets of different dates on staples rebates? One rebate form lists 2 different set of dates for which the software has to be purchased..... The $30 MIR Canon Photo Home Edition is the same....

Staples uses rebateshq.com to handle their rebates and those guys are famous for losing paperwork. I've had two rebates go bad luckly I had the paperwork xerox'd so I fax'd it in. A lot of work unfortunately for some weenie rebates.
