Hey this is my first post (please don't flame)....While I was buying my Lexmark E210 i saw they had a bunch of imation 100 pk cdr spindle for
49.99

-25rebate
=$8

This was in NJ and they had a big table set aside for the cdrs.

i have some imation cd's ... and after time (and being fed into my car CD player) --- the top layer of the disc starts to "wear" and come off

does anyone know of a CD brand that does not do this?

Sears is currently running a sale on 700MB HP CD-Rs, 50 pack spindle for 9.98, no rebate.
Not quite dirt cheap, but the 700MB comes in handy and these CD-Rs are made in Japan, which supposedly is a higher quality CD-R than most.

EDIT: i think it is in-store only, and i believe someone stated in the other thread that make sure you buy the 24x imations, because the 32x have different UPCs?!?

is this price advertised in the weekly specials flyer? If so then it's HOT if OD and OM carry it, b/c they will PM it! WAHOOOOOOOOOO for me and my OD!
