Staples' emails kill my browser (hotmail)

OK, recently the emails Staples sends have been freezing my browser. I use communicator 4.72 and use hotmail to get them. Any ideas on what I need to do? Changing browsers is not an option.

why do need to use netscape communicator?!!

If you really think its the staples emails that freeze your computer, you can block domains in your hotmail account. So just block @staples.com emails from coming in. You can also check your hotmail using Outlook express if you want.

Personally, I don't think your problem lies with emails from staples. I think it may be rooted some where in your setup. but your know your situation better than I do.

Its only been recently that it started. I used to get them and read them no problem. Now when I try and open them netscape freezes.

I can't change browsers (work) and I want to be able to open the messages (coupons!).
