Well it does say not valid with any other offer. But having said that, I've had good luck stacking at my local Staples.

Can't stack it, but today's Philadelphia Inquirer had a $30 off $150 coupon. I assume it's in other papers too.

When I went to use this coupon, the cashier told me about the $30 off $150. I already has $130 worth of stuff, so I had to run around and spend $20 more

So, I was able to stack the 12% and the $30 off of $150.

Stacking is probably a YMMV thing because the $30 off $150 coupon states that it may not be combined with any other coupon.
