Staples.com pricematching policy??

Was told by Staples.com rep. that I can price match or use coupon codes but not both together. Is this true??

Is this a recent policy change?

Not true! I can always price match and using coupon as well.

I just did the 60 Gig HD deal. Pricematch with CompUSA AND $40 off coupon. But they DO add tax!!!

the csr is just trying to make money for the company...ignore the csr and take your chances to get a nice one...they still do the price match AND coupons! (one for dollars off and the other one for a free item if you can find it)

I have been told that by various CSRs as well as management. I just end the conversation and call back and try again with another CSR.

I just pricematched, used a coupon AND got a mail in rebate on one item! Just be really nice to the CSR
