Staples ad 3/14-3/27

For me there's a big red button in the middle of the page that says "View upcoming specials".

I actually linked to the page that shows all 8 pages of the circular, but it must default after a while to the main circular page.
 
This Staples ad has the Minolta 2300W for $479.98 and the Minolta 2300DL for $579.98. This is the week that the 12% discount is on, so that reduces the prices to $422.38 and $510.38 respectively. I think one of the $200 rebates is still good and doesn't have the price constraint so I believe the final prices will be $222.38 and $310.38 (plus tax) respectively. Not too bad.

The Minolta rebates don't work for this sale.

From the minolta magicolor site :

"magicolor 2300 DL - Rebates not available with magicolor 2300 DL priced $749 or lower."

"magicolor 2300W - Rebates not available with magicolor 2300W priced $649 or lower."

Too bad it would have been a great deal!

I'm definitely gonna pick up the 160GB Maxtor. For $109 and NO rebate, that's a pretty good deal. Throw in my 12% off plus a $20 off $100 coupon and that brings it down to ~ $80 for me.

As for the Brother HL-1440, get the HP 1012 that's on sale this week instead. It's a much better printer and it's on sale for $149.99 - $20 MIR. Plus, no drum like with the Brother.

Interestingly, the form at the Staples site does not include the price clause even though it has the same department number. The 2nd $200 rebate for the 2300W stipulates a $599 minimum. There's a thread on FW about this.

You can't use coupons with the 12%. Says right on the form. If you got a staples that lets you use 12% + coupon, that would be a very nice deal.
