Well...the average post @ FW is a bunch of unintelligent jibberish. The first post is the deal...next 20 posts are people whining that both rebates need the original upc...the next twenty are members asking for coupon codes...then the threads end with people telling each other how to do unscrupulous and immoral (sometimes even illegal) things to sweeten the deal...i.e. use a doctored gift certificate, make fake coupons, buy it at X and return it at Y...you'll make a profit!! The threads break down into jibberish after awhile. I like ATHD. The mods keep everything neat and tidy. Everything is honest (to a degree) and you don't have to wade through 50 posts asking for coupon codes or rebate questions!!!! I'll stay here and get my codes from the coupon sites like Ableshopper....c-ya enjoy FW!!!

Hmm...for the amount of printing I do, I figure the A3000 should be pretty sweet. The web price was incorrect, so i called them and they allowed me to place the order over the phone. I had an old Plustek pagefeed scanner that used a proprietary ISA card. Haven't been able to use it for a few years. I'll now have scanning capabilities, plus a copier and another color printer. All for $50. Can't be too bad....

I picked up some of the meritline.com 4x's for my pioneer 105. They work great about 15 minutes for a full 4.37gb movie burn.

Some of the TDK's are actually Taiyo Yuden's, and these are formally rated 2x. Plus if it turns out that they're massively incompatible or something, staples will take them back.

I buy mine in bulk at 85 cents each as well, and burn 1x's at 2x. However, if you want brandname media, this is the sweetest deal I've seen.
