This Stanley® FatMax® 12-volt MAX Lithium Ion Impact Driver is powered by 12-volt MAX lithium-ion batteries for long life and increased ergonomics with reduced weight. The impact driver has a standard 1/4" quick change hex chuck to make changing bits quick and easy. It has an integrated LED light to illuminate your work area and a belt hook for convenience so you can always have the tool close by when you are not using it. The impact driver has 0-2,400 RPM and 0-2,500 BPM for quick completion of drilling and fastening projects all while delivering 950 in. lbs. of torque. The tool is very ergonomic with over molded rubber and weighs only 2.4 pounds with the battery in. The batteries charge very quickly in only 30 minutes. The kit includes: an impact driver, (2) 12-volt MAX Lithium Ion batteries, (1) fast charger, belt clip, power bit and storage bag. It is backed by a 3-year warranty.

20V is really the only way to go if you are going to use it to do actual construction work. If you are just assembling box furniture or hanging lights then the 12V may be fine.

I used a 12 volt to push lag bolts in, it was a bit of a strain but worked. The 12 volt is very handy for kitchen cabinet installs though. Very light and flexible.

I wish I knew these existed before i finished my basement, i swear i would have been done in half the time....
