Standoff washer size on Epox 8KHA+

Getting ready to install a PAL8045 HSF on an Epox 8KHA+.

I choose the standoff washer type to use based on the hole size around the CPU; choices are large (5.8mm) or small (3.8mm). I could measure it, but am hoping someone has the answer for me quicker than I can find a ruler with mm measurements.

They're small holes in this MB.

on my alpha and 8kha+ i used the flat washers (the ones without the elbows). works fine. holes are 3.8 i believe
