I've been watching it as they've been showing it in the UK (up to S1 ep3), but it's about in the middle of season 1 so far in the US I believe.
Seems like quite a good show, I'd almost compare it in some ways to House, where it's kind of a similar thing each week, although hostage negotiation instead of medical problems, but it's definitely worth a watch IMO.
 
eh, I liked the first couple of episodes kinda.. mostly because the female partner is hot... and it's Peter! The premise didn't hold me though. And I love House. I think it's because medial mysteries work better at the repetitive nature.
