Does anyone have a problem with going into STANDBY or powerdown mode with their computer...I am getting a message,
"Unable to go into Standby mode due to active device driver", I've used Windows PMT shoot and showed that it was the LNT100x from Linksys being the culprit...is there anyone with similar experience and found a solution? Thanks

just a random suggestion, BUT...

if you go into the device manager's properties for that NIC, there usually is a check box that you can click on to "let windows power management control this device" (or something to that effect)...

perhaps this isn't checked in your system, and perhaps that is the problem...or perhaps this is not the solution at all..but worth a shot! (i've seen cases where when this box is checked, the NIC goes into "sleep" with the computer but NEVER COMES OUT OF SLEEP!....this is kinda like your problem, except just the opposite...........)
