Standby Issues

I recently did a clean sweep and installed XP back on to my Vaio.
When i go into standby, and try to wake it up, it always goes straight to either a blank screen or blue screen of death, and doesnt bring windows back up, what could be the issue ? how can i fix this problem
 
yes and no, however the drivers from sony were NOT available, i installed the most updated drivers that i could find for the devices, the pc will go into standby, but not out of it, and it shoots these codes after 2 mins
