I received my dell 700m laptop the other day, and found a lot of resource hogging programs were pre-installed. So i formatted the drive and reinstalled XP home (w/SP2). Since then, the system hangs when I put it in Standby mode (it goes to the "Preparing to Standby" screen and just stays there).
Has anyone else experienced this issue, too? How did you resolve this?
