It is obvious that the mods are not held accountable for their decision making. They pick and choose what to lock and what to let slip by without being penalized. I see this type of behavior on a weekly basis. It is very discouraging to see this happen but in the end I either have to live with it or go else where. This is what happens when people are given power over others and do not follow a set of standards to guide them.

When things are "missed" are you sure the mods have been notified? They don't see everything.

Yes, they are fallible. I've PMed them and discussed why things were locked before. They seem reasonable to me, just human.

There are no mods. It is all a lock script that randomly picks threads. Haven't you read the FAQ?
