Hi,
I have a P5W DH Deluxe with a 6600 Core2Duo...
Using windows XP sp2
It will be used for a Music production PC (Digital Audio workstation)
I am not using RAID i am just using two Sata2 320GB harddrives as C as primary and D as Secondary (MAXTOR DiamondMax 10 6V320F0) http://www.maxtor.com/_files/maxtor/en_...ta_sheets/diamondmax_10_data_sheet.pdf ...
I was wondering which setting a should go for Standard IDE or AHCI in BIOS???
I installed XP allready with it set to Standard IDE but then changed the setting to AHCi and got a blue screan on start up...
I don't mind formatting the drive again,i just need to know which to go for Standard IDE or AHCI??
Cheers Nick

I ment on the above post AHCi and not DHCi,sorry...
I don't think my Harddrive is compatable with ACHi (Harddrive link above) Even with the F6 drivers the harddrive is not being found on XP install
