I have a retail p3550e secc2 that runs fine at 140mz and that's about all I want out of it for stability reasons on the family computer and in anticipation of getting it I bought a gorb for it but I'm not sure if I need or want it now.

I have a cel2@896 that runs at 22c max but the p3 runs at 30-32c. Both are at default voltage so not sure if the gorb would cool it much so make it more stable. I'm having random freezes and blue screens but I'm pretty sure it's a video issue. New diamond drivers!

Im running a cel600@900. The gorb does great. keeps the cpu temp 3-5c over the mb temp. Great cooler for the money. You cant go wrong for $15 give or take!!

What diamond card do you have? If its a nvidia chipset use the nvidia reference drivers.

I changed to the gorb from the intel stock fan. Only 2c less though.
The problem I've been having is with the nvidia 3.68 drivers, as I deleted them and went back to diamond for my viper 770. It seemed to solve most of my problems. Just some ongoing problems in half life now.
