Standalone Video Player Software?

I used to have a 'standalone' copy of ZoomPlayer that didn't require an install in order to play videos. Is there someplace I can find that again, or is there another media player that can do the same thing? I'd like to put a copy on my usb drive for portable use, but without the need to install the program on every machine I come in contact with. Thanks!

VLC or Media Player classic should have standalone downloads available.
