I think I read from somewhere that there is possibiliy that the MPU used in nForce chipset can be manufactured as standalone card?
Is it possible?

don't see why its not possible, but vendors are avoiding it now as it is.

Not at all, micronpc is already selling the nForce 420 chipset with Athlon XP processors, and Fujitsu, HP, and possibly Compaq are going to be using nForce systems soon enough according to CNET.

In answer to the question, I'd first like to know where you heard this, I think I'll understand better once you point to a link I can read.
