Standalone TV tuner

I just got my Costco X2Gen 22" LCD. I'd really like to watch tv on it but without having to use the computer. Anyone have any suggestions on which one might be good and affordable? I found these two standalone tv tuners, I'm leaning towards the newegg one just because it's cheaper. Anywyas, what do you think?
